Process Analysis & Development

Whether you are looking to optimize or modify an existing process, or you need to define, map-out, diagram and implement a new process, Wellington Federal can help. Our detailed process analysis can help:

  • Increase process efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assess how well the process achieves its stated objectives
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement
  • Determine reasons for systematic delays
  • Improve understanding of how the process operates
  • Identify the correct way to execute the process
  • Train process users

By conducting a detailed step-by-step breakdown of all phases of a process, we can identify and examine every part of the process structure, including the process itself, the process users and the information exchanges used to convey the inputs, outputs, and actions that take place during each phase. We work closely with our customers to understand their desired results and provide them with recommendations for process improvements along with the information needed to make critical decisions regarding those process improvements.

Risk Analysis & Management

Wellington Federal can help with your Risk Analysis & Risk Management requirements. Our proven approach will help identify and assess both internal and external factors that could negatively affect the success of your business or project.

Our Risk Analysis includes a thorough look at all the possible impacts of the risks revealed. This includes consideration of influencing factors such as people, costs, ethics, environment, schedule and safety.

  • For Quantitative Risk Analysis we use available internal and external data to produce a numerical value which is then used to predict the probability (and hence, acceptability) of a risk event outcome.

  • For Qualitative Risk Analysis we apply a subjective assessment of risk occurrence likelihood (probability of happening) against the potential severity of the risk outcomes (impact) to determine the overall severity of a risk.

We will help you determine and examine the risks that your organization or project faces and provide you with the information needed to make the right risk management decision, i.e. reduce the impact and accept the risk, share the risk or avoid the risk by eliminating it all together.
